Bodrix is founded in 2015 by Gert Kroon with the goal to provide business consultancy service for startups in all stages of development.
In 2018 Sibel Tunali joined Bodrix.

We want to collectively offer you our expertise (in total +60 years in corporate and startup world) to expand and grow your business on a international level. We use a personal approach to understand your specific needs and define jointly with you a roadmap to take your business to the next level. Consultancy for NGO

Over 10 years, Gert is actively engaged in a social development project in Sierra Leone with a goal to improve the quality of a local hospital and the quality of primary school education.

As a founder and part of the Smarter Hospital Foundation board Gert is responsible for Treasury and Secretary and also manage local projects to raise funding for healthcare and educational projects.

With this experience Gert is able to provide consultancy in setting up an NGO, define the projects for raising funding on a global level.

As a Trusted Advisor within IBM for more than 15 years and currently leading a startup into a successful Research & Development company, I have the experience and drive to lead startups and corporate companies to identify, optimize and capitalize their business opportunities. From the other side well knowledge equipped to optimize business process and to integrate data science capabilities into business. Currently I am leading PranaGEO a startup which is providing solutions for data science research and software development for data science and business analytics in IT projects. This startup also offers consultancy and educational services in the areas of data science. As we all know, a startup company cannot survive without a good ecosystem and as one of the first creators of the Bodrum ecosystem for young entrepreneurs in the IT sector in Bodrum, we developed Start-in Bodrum platform, where we connect young entrepreneurs, investors and local Bodrum people to ignite Bodrum’s economy in IT and innovations in data science.

I have a direct management approach and analytical thinking, points out someone’s responsibilities, makes sure team players collaborate in order to achieve common goals, ensures that knowledge and know-how is developed, customer priority is achieved and professionalism at a corporate level is always maintained. Gert is always open for new business opportunities and networking to promote the startup eco-system. In addition, I am being a role model for startup-entrepreneurs. Gert has major experience in leading technical sales support teams in complex outsourcing contracts. I am used to work with Sales and ICT people, achieve positive business results, and motivate people. Because of my previous job at IBM I am used to operate in complex international organizations and how to get the best out of a team of technical and sales experts in a multicultural environment.

Sibel

Experienced Sales and Business Development Director with visionary leadership, a strong understanding of sales strategy in both corporates as well as startups and excellent C-level relationship building skills.

Over 30 years experience in managing and closing sales and business development in large and complex telecom and technology multi-nationals such as Nortel Networks(Canada, UK and Portugal), Samsung (UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France and Belgium), Avaya (UK) and Mobile operator Elisa in Finland.

Over 10 years of startup experience starting from early stages till exit strategy . Experience in building sales teams, scaling organizations, bringing products to markets, and developing customer solutions.

Proven ability to provide sales leadership, delivering an improved balance sheet and sustainable revenue and profit gains. An unusual balance of strategic and tactical expertise, combined with excellent analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to implement positive changes in challenging situations.
